  • 2. Why won't my Paypal payment won't go through?
    If you are seeing a PayPal message "We cannot process your payment right now, so please try again later" this is because your PayPal balance does not cover the cost of the order. To rectify this either:
    1) Add funds to your PayPal account (this can take 3-5 days)
    2) Verify your PayPal account by linking a card or bank account
    3) Use PayPal guest checkout or pay by credit card.

    3. I would like to return an item, what do I do?
    Sellers on the site may have their own policies with regard to the products and services offered for sale, the terms of the transaction, shipping, returns, and payment so your best bet is to reach out to them directly via your PayPal account. Here's how:
  • Log in to your PayPal account
  • Click Activity
  • Click the payment you want a refund for
  • Click "Contact Seller Through PayPal"
  • Follow the prompts from there If your seller doesn't agree to refund your money, you can open a dispute in the Resolution Center. You can open a dispute if you didn't receive your item or you received something that doesn't match the seller's description. (You have to open a dispute with PayPal within the timeframe noted in the transaction details.)
    In the Resolution Center, you can communicate directly with the seller and try to resolve the problem. If you aren't able to work it out, we may be able to help you get a refund.
    Note:
  • If you paid with your debit card or credit card, your payment is refunded to your debit card or credit card. It may take up to 30 days for the refund to appear on your card statement.
  • If you paid with your bank account or PayPal balance, your payment is refunded to your PayPal account.

    7. How do I resolve a dispute with a buyer?
    We expect all sellers to provide full returns policy. As a minimum we would expect sellers to offer a 5 day returns after delivered. Please work with the buyer to resolve any disputes without them having to raise a dispute with PayPal. If you feel that the buyer is making unreasonable demands please report this to us.
